Will bbqcanvas® fit my bbq?
bbqcanvas® is designed to fit hooded bbq's. Our 3-4, 4-5 and 5-6 burner sizes are a generic guide, and will fit almost all of those burner models. For a perfect match please take care to check the measurements of your bbq against our size guide on the bbq covers page.
Some stock is sold out - will you have any more soon?
We won't have new stock until around February/March 2012 and we are aiming to bring out news designs for Summer 2012/2013. Some sizes and designs are sold out but you can contact us to pre-order otherwise grab a gift voucher or one of the covers that are available before they are snapped up too!!
Do you make customs sizes to fit my BBQ, or other types of covers?

Do you make flat top bbq covers for non-hooded bbq’s?
No. Time to upgrade your bbq. Seriously.
Will my bbqcanvas® fade?
Yes.
Like any outdoor textile exposed to the suns wicked rays, it will fade.
Even though the covers have the highest grade of UV coating we could get our
hands on, it's just like a sunscreen and can't shield from all UV all the time - especially when it reaches high UV levels.But the idea is that the cover is there to protect your bbq. Which it will. Ideally just don't put it in the sun. It's better to keep your bbq in the shade most of the time anyway.
Additionally, the following UV protectant products are available to help keep the
sun at bay. We recommend you use them if you simply cannot live with any fading
of the colours: 303 Aerospace Protectant or SunArmor Ultra Violet Protection.
Rest assured your bbqcanvas® is built to the highest standard and will hold its
own to protect your BBQ.

What payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards. We do not accept other forms of payment such as bank transfers, cheques, or PayPal. Sorry.
How are my goods shipped?
We ship from our main base in New Zealand to your address in Australia or worldwide via courier post. Shipping takes 5 working days for Australia and 7- 10 working days worldwide. We absorb most of the package and shipping cost - we only charge you a 'package and post' rate of just $10 for anywhere within Australia or $35 to an address in another country.
Will I be charged GST or Customs duty?
GST or VAT is zero-rated for Australia and other countries because all orders are processed via our main base in New Zealand, so you will not be charged. There is no customs duty to pay if you're ordering from and having delivered to an address in Australia. For other countries you may be charged a standard duty on your order depending on the regulations of the country you are in.
What is your returns policy?
For purchases via the bbqcanvas® website you may return your goods within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price. You will pay for the return delivery costs. Items returned must be in original condition and within the original sealed packaging. You can also exchange your bbqcanvas® for a different size and/or design under the same conditions, please take care to check measurements on our bbq covers page before purchase.
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your bbqcanvas please contact us for a replacement. If you need to post the item to us we will reinburse the standard postage cost once the item has been received and inspected. A replacement bbqcanvas will be sent to you within 7 days. The same applies to all countries, please always contact us in the first instance and we'll arrange things from there.
Is my bbqcanvas® guaranteed?
Yes, we guarantee your bbqcanvas® against manufacturing faults and of course we honour all the usual consumer guarantees. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and word of mouth endorsements. In the unlikely event your bbqcanvas® needs replacement please contact us - see our returns policy for further details.
How often are you bringing out new designs?
The designs out now are our 2011/12 range. We want to keep our product fresh and exciting and our aim is to release new designs for summer 2012/13. Watch this space for sneak previews and news on our new stock arrivals.
You can use our Upgrade to Update service - get a new bbqcanvas® at a discounted price when returning an old one for responsible disposal. It's our way of saying thanks for looking after the planet. Contact us if you'd like to use this service.

I’m a retailer. How do I stock bbqcanvas®?
bbqcanvas is largely only available from bbqcanvas' own website. We are proud to offer great service - speed, reliability and product excellence are our main strong points and we can keep total control over that by supplying our customers directly ourselves. However if you can live up to our high standards then drop us a line and we can have a chat.
