Will bbqcanvas® fit my bbq?
bbqcanvas® is designed to fit hooded bbq's. Our 3-4, 4-5 and 5-6 burner sizes are a generic guide, and will fit almost all of those burner models. For a perfect match please take care to check the measurements of your bbq against our size guide on the bbq covers page.Do you make flat top bbq covers for non-hooded bbq’s?

Of course, like any outdoor textile it will weather over time. But the idea is that it’s there to protect your bbq. Rest assured your bbqcanvas® is built to the highest standard and will hold its own. We’re bringing out new designs every season, so you will always have something inspiringly new.What payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards. We do not accept other forms of payment such as bank transfers, cheques, or PayPal. Sorry.How are my goods shipped?
We ship from our main base in New Zealand to your address in Australia or worldwide via courier post. Shipping takes 3-5 days for Australia and 7- 10 days worldwide. We absorb most of the package and shipping cost - we only charge you a 'package and post' rate of just $10 for anywhere within Australia or $35 to an address in another country.Will I be charged GST or Customs duty?
GST or VAT is zero-rated for Australia and other countries because all orders are processed via our main base in New Zealand, so you will not be charged. There is no customs duty to pay if you're ordering from and having delivered to an address in Australia. For other countries you may be charged a standard duty on your order depending on the regulations of the country you are in.What is your returns policy?
For purchases via the bbqcanvas® website you may return your goods within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for a refund of the purchase price. You will pay for the return delivery costs. Items returned must be in original condition and within the original sealed packaging. You can also exchange your bbqcanvas® for a different size and/or design under the same conditions, please take care to check measurements on our bbq covers page before purchase. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your bbqcanvas please contact us for a replacement. If you need to post the item to us we will reinburse the standard postage cost once the item has been received and inspected. A replacement bbqcanvas will be sent to you within 7 days. The same applies to all countries, please always contact us in the first instance and we'll arrange things from there.Is my bbqcanvas® guaranteed?
Yes, we guarantee your bbqcanvas® against manufacturing faults and of course we honour all the usual consumer guarantees. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and word of mouth endorsements. The designs out now are our 2010 range. Each year we’ll be bringing you exciting new designs. You can use our Upgrade to Update service - get a new bbqcanvas® at a discounted price when returning an old one for responsible disposal. It's our way of saying thanks for looking after the planet.
